Steps to hire Zero Hour Entertainment:
1) Click on AVAILABILITY to check for availability. On this page you must enter the required information and then click submit.
2) An instant quote will be generated where you can have the option to book your event. There is no obligation by clicking this link and it will allow you to view the unsigned contract.
3) You will then need to print out 2 copies of the contract and mail them to Zero Hour Entertainment, P.O. Box 1150, West Point, VA 23181. Your required $75 non-refundable booking deposit is also due at this time to reserve your event date. You can mail in a check or pay online via Paypal.
4) Once the contract has been signed by Purchaser and Zero Hour Entertainment representative, you will be given a password for the Client Area of our site. From this link, you can personalize your event timeline, and any other details as well as pick out music from a music database.
5) You may cancel your event with a 100% refund (except $75 booking deposit) as long as the cancellation occurs 7 days before the scheduled event day and time unless otherwise stated within the contract due to weather or other issues.
6) After your event, please leave a testimonial and/or fill out the satisfaction survey in your client area so we can constantly work on making our service better.
